Yes, that's correct. The shorts were panicking and desperate to pull of a heist. Unfortunately they were too brazen and it appears someone is holding them accountable. It's not just wishful thinking, either. It's unfolding right now as we speak.
There is a podcast here that basically PROVES with 100% certainty that Class 9 will receive a payout. The Judge even said the cancellation status of shares can be addressed. So there is basically nothing standing in our way. We're just waiting for the plan man to continue to grow the pile.
And as I said earlier, the payout is based on 117M shares so we are looking at anywhere from 42 to 100+ dollars.
