I dunno, Lucy's aversion to Mike seems more predicated on avoiding contact, because she too easily slips back into becoming emotionally invested if she let's herself.
Yeah, she has no problem guilting Mike and making that his problem, too. But she always framed that "you have your friends" thing as some self-sacrificial act on her part to incentivize Mike leaving her alone. So her wanting to splinter that "incentive" seems counter-intuitive.
