"Uncle Sam has been willing to take people of all kinds of walks of life to fill his Army," Doc says. "And the Army doesn't care about anything but results. It doesn't care where you come from, or who you are, or what you look like... And so if you want to commit yourself to The Process, there is a place for you."

He takes another swig. "And don't think that because you came from another America you can just slip right in... We're different.. Administrations come and go, but we're standing by... Waiting... Making sure the emergency stockpiles are full and ready to go... Preparing for any kind of threat, from without or within."

He frowns and looks down for a few seconds. "Which is why you had to be rushed out and mistakes were made... The base is on extreme lockdown and our very best are sweeping from site to site, checking for moles, infiltrators and traitors. Everyone is holed up at safehouses or wherever they can lay low, and wait out what is happening."

He then reaches into his bag and pulls out an armband.
