they were attacking israeli aircraft using them earlier, they cant hit an F16 but they can hurt something like a kokhav drone which flies much slower and needs to fly lower to attack quickly

so far the only aircraft we lost over iran is a kokhav drone armed with michol missiles (x8 small 50kg precision bombs)
