But yeah Donuts does not really do event stories. They are more likely to bring in the seiyuu to record stories connected to rl events, and even that isn't happening anymore. Nowadays the 'story' is them uploading a macro on the official twitter. Voiced content comes out every few months rather than weeks.

As for the Eos dooming. 4 to 5 years ago. They released the final mainline story with a teaser line "even if this could be our last." We all thought it was the end of T7S as we knew it, and it kinda was. A few months afterwards the main director-writer retired from T7S and left Donuts. Though the game is still here, they hired some new Idols, and since then things have been weird.

Music is still good though.
