What the Blue Ranger was was a rare mega size figure by an obscure company called Toymakers. Very little info or images online, I was lucky to find this blue ranger pic off ebay where it can be yours for around $250. They only made the male rangers IIRC, they have a strange thing where their mouths are slightly smiling.
