Whats up Kiara, I said something like two weeks ago that I would give you a routine that fixes your back, but things behind the scenes have tangled me up a bit. I will for sure do it tomorrow but most important of all you must understand that its a lifestyle change.

My last post I recommended some lifts to strengthen your body to relieve the pain. They absolutely work and I would also recommend moving about and stretching your entire body, this will also help out. Do a full body stretch every day it will help you out.
>McKenzie method
This might work for you. I don't know the exact source of your pain so I cant recommend anything specific, but this did help me to point and after that it was not as effective. It's basically like a cobra stretch, it works but only to a point.
>resistance bands
These are actually really good, they give nice tension and work really well for rehab/ physical therapy. I highly recommend you buy a set especially if you dont want to buy weights. Calithenics and resistance bands might be the way to go. And bonus you can travel with them.

I was watching one of your streams recently and you had a harsh cough. Vitamin C and vitamin D work amazingly well and to soothe your throat, lemon juice mixed with salt, honey, water, and mint leaves works super well. Drink it room temperature. Always works for me. Or you can blend a whole lemon with water and drink that. The whole thing, peel, pith, seeds, flesh and all, blend it with water and drink it. You can add honey to remove the bitterness and sourness, but it works really well. I promise. The seeds, pith, and peel have benefits that people normally discard but theyre really good for you. No meds, natural cures only.
