>The Japanese Tiger is currently BR V
This makes it even less appealing unless they put it at BR IV, which is a dead BR regardless. Grinding for it is basically just "investing" in a theoretical future where BR IV Japan becomes playable, and where BR IV becomes playable in general instead of being dead.
>and the PTRS bike will both shortly be adjusted down one BR
Bikes are ABSURDLY niche as is, and a bike with a PTRS is basically the most niche of niche vehicles imaginable. The PTRS struggles to kill the majority of vehicles it faces unless you are dead-on to their sides within 100 meters, which bikes don't exactly allow for. I can see it being a haha fune meme vehicle to use against Japanese teams when Manchuria, but that's it.
Like I said, I am thankful this event is kinda pathetic because grinding 12k points a day in ONLY the Pacific using ONLY these squads seems like hell on Earth. I know it's "just" an hour, but I could do anything else during that hour, which I am going to do now (exercise before work).

Eh, Germany gets pretty trounced at BR II-III by the Soviets, but they win more often at BR V because they have the largest playerbase of veterans. BR I-II is a toss-up outside of US teams being objectively the worst due to being the most popular with the dumbest consolefags.
A lot of the theorybraining bullshit in Ensharted is retarded. In THEORY, XYZ is overpowered, but in a practical sense, in most matches, those marginal differences don't matter. I can tell you in my matches that body armour makes a difference when I use it, because I'm a decent player and that 10% health means I can survive an extra shot from an MP 40, then push into the enemy rally lines, but for most people that simply doesn't matter.
Body armour does not matter at top tier, at all, because 90% of your deaths will be to assault rifles and tanks.

I play through the Gaijin launcher out of habit.

That he also complains about the Japanese being the "weakest faction" when they can field entire armies armed with Super-Fedorovs should also tell you a lot, but I am always amazed by the new depths of retardation people reach. The Japs suffer a bit regarding CAS and tanks, but American teams are so subhuman and braindead that even spamming Meteors and P-80s can't help them. I played three matches today to get the event tasks done as the Japs and every match, even against teams of veteran players armed with full T20 squads, was a massive stomp.
