I like 3-1/2/3 more than 4-1 because there are two CVs that can drop, Souryuu and Hiryuu. Better odds, even if they aren't as good as Saratoga.

Join a guild and save up for Unicorn in the guild shop. You'll use her a lot, she's the best vanguard healer in the game. (Though she's a CVL and I'm not sure what level 2 campaign you're talking about but sometimes CVLs don't count.)

You won't have core data or merit for a while. Try to do your 15 daily exercises because the merit shop will be a key source of gold bulins.
