New player here.
What's the proper etiquette for using LB3 as a melee in ``farm'' pugs? I've been holding off on using it as much as possible to save for a healer LB3 in case of a disaster, but should I be using it when the boss is say like 10% HP, even though there's still nonzero mechanics that will be going out before the boss dies?
I'm deathly afraid of using LB3, having the boss live at like 3% HP, and then the raid wipes and can't recover without a healer LB3.

Your "search conditions" are just "Everything" if you don't specifically choose something. Go into Party Finder, then click the cog wheel near the top right and turn off the "Show notifications in the log when parties match your search" or something like that. Only turn it back on when you're searching for a particular duty that no one has put up a party for yet, but you want to be notified if someone does.
