What does this even mean? It's a non-criticism, a total ass pull. FRS is more committal than the main damage combo of any previous iteration of swaxe, that makes it LESS spammable, not more. You are upset that it has hyper armor once you finish charging it or something? Did you also start bawling like a baby when Rise made detaching ZSD a lot less common?
