Apparently it was made by a self-described "master chainsaw builder" who goes by Tute’ Di Tella. He was inspired by Milei bringing a chainsaw to his rallies, and wanted to gift him a high quality chainsaw to replace the shitty made-in-China chainsaw that he was using. Milei commissioned the guy to make another chainsaw to give to Musk.
