Battle content creates anxiety on players because very often it's not clear whether you can't beat beause of skill issue or because you lack investment. In the latter, you'll get frustrated if you manage to barely do it but end up failing (e.g. boss is left with < 5% hp), then you keep trying even though the challenge was impossible for you to begin with.
HOYO could fix this by better fine tuning HP bloat. For example, in this challenge, it feels like they set HP and other mechanics (e.g. Tulpa shield) just so you barely make it with the best teams and reasonable investment. If instead bosses had a little less hp (like 5% less) and the shield lasted just a bit longer, a lot of other teams would become viable and anyone with decent investment wouldn't feel anxious. As for those with low investment, they wouldn't be able to do much anyway, so no reason to try too hard.
