From the way Luffy has been acting since Elbaf and his boner for Shanks, why did he not go fly and meet Shanks in Wano?
Does this page not suggest that he think it's Shanks?
Marco literally realized it was Shanks and went to take a ride with him, so why did Luffy not go to meet him?

He literally tried to release Loki just for INFORMATION on Shanks whereabouts. And now he's listening to a story just because it had some Shanks in it instead of going to rescue his crew that could be killed off right now. The fuck?
