USA needs to stop fucking the continent and get them closer to what NATO is, and use NATO to enforce orbiting away from China/Russia for trade benefits.
After that being said, USA needs to chain its own corporations from lobbying in other countries for limitimg the impact of corruption, since that lobbying also is a double edged sword that allows pro russian lobbying to penetrate, since for them its benefitial to fuck the country and buy the scraps. There's many good approaches and USA took the wrong ones in the last 25 yers that I've seen shit going on.
