Hitler at the Burgerbraukeller on 8th November 1939, just minutes before the bomb went off.

In the front row looking up is Max Wunsche, a very distinctive face(who you will have seen many times in pictures with Hitler particularly in the 1938-1942 era of images).
Had Hitler been on time as scheduled instead of finishing his speech early, he along with much of the inner circle would have died in the blast and history may have turned out very differently.

Max was one of Hitlers adjutants and personal bodyguards and an interesting character and here's his wiki page:
