Sagat is too tall

So I compared the neutral stance of Ryu/Sagat in the trailer to a screenshot of Ryu's hurtboxes that I have, and I overlayed the existing "Tall" hurtboxes onto Sagat using Ryu as a reference.

This is what Sagat's hurtboxes are gonna look like unless they add a special "Extra tall" hurtbox size for him
