It's certainly possible i guess but he's pulling the fortifications from ArcGIS, maybe there are fresh ones behind Zoloti Kolodyazi.
And re "premium" divgen premium is like 450 rubles a month ? Something real low for sure. About how much money you could probably find in your couch cushions. At the price, for the features you get, it's an absolute bargain if you're interested in stuff like topo layers, without which most maps are quite lacking.
