Polka killed both Rupert 1 and 2 and three other genius society members and made some memoRetard piss and shit themselves so hard they turned themselves in while Stephen literally only barely managed to reactive the scepter in UD and barely escape. Stephen is above the other but it would be a reach to say the other four are on the same level as Polka. Both need more lore though, especially Stephen.
