For Amourshipping to be believable, Ash needs to stop behaving like a prince charming in front of Serena because it is too out of character for him. I guess a timeskip is needed where --
> Serena's personality remain same as JN series but she becomes more emotionally mature & intelligent than Ash to the point she does not need Ash's prep talk. Instead she often scold & lecture Ash for being impulsive & immature like a child. As if she has came to the realization that Ash will never be the prince charming that she dream him to be as child and started accepting the actual Ash.
> Ash stops being nice to Serena. Instead he often get annoyed at Serena for teasing & lecture him, argues back to her and even makes fun of her whenever he gets the chance. Just like how he treated every girl before XY series changed his personality.
Amourshipping will always be forced until Serena interact with the actual Ash from OS-BW series instead of prince charming Ash from XY series.
