The only confirmed lesbian in Hibike!, and by that, I mean someone who explicitly says she loves another girl in a romantic way, is Kaori. And they only reveal this in one of the extra episodes from Season 3. When people say KyoAni lowkey hates lesbians, I kind of see why.
