She's super interesting and Sunny does not have to be front and center at all times. Also the trans theory was debunked in canon, we literally see her as little filly in 3rd episode and she's still referred to as female by her mother. At this point claiming she's trans is either trolling or alternate timeline. It has been rejected by canon in the most explicit way kids show could do.
