What the fuck is the shit on the side of Sagat's torso? Why is it full of folds? I've never seen real muscles look like that, I know sometimes SF exaggerate a bit but this doesn't even exaggerate in a good way, it doesn't look like he's super muscular, it just looks like he stayed in the bath way too long. Reminds me of Vaan's stomach in FF12.
