Moraes is a real villain who needs to be targeted. As the head of Brazil's ruling junta, he's the "power behind the throne" for Lula. We shouldn't even let a clown like Lula into the WH to negotiate. We should be negotiating with Moraes DIRECTLY, but he views himself as a tyrant with universal jurisdiction and sees himself as having a status so far above the President that he would never dignify our President with his appearance.
