For Horary Astrology takes the the horoscope of the heavens, at the time the question is asked and understood. The heavens yesterday are not the same as they are today; the question answered today will differ from the same question answered tomorrow.

As Heraclitus famously wrote, “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.”
