Have Jigsaw kidnap multiple high ranking US politicians, including the president. Just gloss over how he manages to avoid the secret service, because who gives a shit. Then have them all wake up in his abandoned factory, and have Jigsaw explain that he knows they’re all pedophiles connected to Epstein.
Make the most gruesome possible traps the series has seen, including various testicular mutilation devices. Make them damn near impossible to win his games.
At the end you can have it so the president has to release the files or else he will be skinned alive. He ultimately decides to, but Jigsaw skins him anyway. He then says he lied, just like how politicians lie. Doesn’t even need a twist ending.
If you really want the movie to do well, just name them directly after politicians. Who cares, the assmad will be worth the lawsuits
