2. My personal theory is that clearance matters

for wide and tall shots, the converse applies

you need to include elements in the background that will fill up the space otherwise the model will use whatever it gets to fill up the space - giving you supertall characters

also, specifying everything in the shot, including the floor, stabilizes the composition and increases coherence

also, strict 1024 based resolutions is not always the best for the composition / model
eg: for some compositions, I personally found 896x1216 to work better than both 896x1152 and 832x1216 because of clearance
