It’s been discussed a bit. No way to know for sure I’d say since the random future kid you see and the old man do not have it. So it might be either Vexhness related or Cryptoglobin related. If all the commanders had it then probably that, but if only Vexh does then maybe only really powerful users or those related to her? But then they’re all clones why only Takumi if related. I’d argue maybe the specific way they tweaked Takumi’s genetics made the Vexh come out more but eh who knows. No way to confirm until we see the commanders faces in some art book or Kodaka confirms responds to china about it
