If the temperature differential across the evaporator coil is less than 25-30f with the fan on high (max rate cooling) you are almost certainly low on charge bucko. This is kind of hack but if you take superheat by the outdoor unit you should have like 5f or less, at least for the non temu brand ones I’ve worked on.
