the colors are cool but your values are kinda muddy. you should make your highlights lighter and your shadows way darker so they contrast better. the shadows are also inconsistent (shadows on the left side of her horns but left side of her hair is fully lit up). i like your style though and i tried to replicate is as best as possible! hopefully it still looks somewhat like you intended
