I literally can't do better than this without Cell. The Dokkan World strat requires 17/18 to dodge at least once which would be like a 1 in 10 chance at free dupe with dodge equips on top of getting the perfect rotation.
But there's no one's getting anything but the top 30 unless they haven't announced it so it's whatever.
