Supports can generally be used in many teams so they tend to not need anyone, and are needed instead. Main dps are the ones who need someone (at release), but as time goes they get more options (jiyan got ciaccona, jinny got cantarella and phrolova, changli got lupa, camellya got roccia), but the more overly dependant on a gimmick they are the slower they get options.
