And as for defence, we're in no hurry, it takes time and effort to bootstrap a democracy of billions into self-reliance in defence tech but if we can do it in a space programme, we'll do it eventually in defence as well.

To stir the hornet's nest, the objectively superior way to clean your body of foecal matter after defecating (assuming its not too cold) is with water and soap, with toilet paper to pat dry afterwards. If soap and water are what you need to actually clean your dishes, that's what you need to actually clean your arse.
