So basically what stats are ideal for Golshi?

I don't remember her using her ult and refusing to do shit.
Like I did have a few races where she didn't run as well but she still was faster than a random C McQueen with mediocre stats.
THAT race was different. Like she didn't even try. And she won lots of races with awful mood as well against opponents who had maxxed out Speed, Stamina and Power. I'm absolutely lost and I have no fucking idea what happened.
