Honestly I don't use christmas troops that much aside maybe from the new spell instead of the regular freeze.
Goblins for quick farm under a training spell to fill out storages on main account and edrags on alts on which I rush is the way.

Well that's not my guide so I can't do that and besides it already mentions hybrid.
Also I would wait for the updated version because now clearly a lot will change with the addition of eqipment and changes of hero potions, heroes are clearly not the major focus of rushing anymore (but it's still viable nevertheless, like you want to get to th16 asap so you can abuse the hero potion at full capacity)
