Countries for this vibe?

I noticed with my ultra liberal family and friends, almost everything they send me on social media features black people in some manner. Even in their interactions with people in real life they go out of their way to black events and black functions, have a token black friend, and consume tons of black media. It's like they are overcompensating for having racist thoughts.
