As far as I can tell, no one.
It's a clear L for Milwaukee so no need to discuss that any further. Lillard got to take his shot with an actual competitive team, failed to rise to the occasion, broke down physically, got unceremoniously dumped and had to go crawling back to the small pond from whence he came at a discounted price. That's a big fucking L.
And it might seem like Portland got to have its cake and eat it too since they traded him and then got him back for cheap, but that's a stale fucking cake, man. Ayton was pretty much a total loss and Jrue got immediately shipped off to a team that won a title in exchange for Robert Williams, who averaged 6 and 6 last year. Oh, and they get a pick at the ass end of the first round aka a second round pick. SO they got a bunch of meh and brought back Dame after he broke down and became so useless Milwaukee didn't even try to trade for him because no team in their right mind would have. That's not really a win, either. They just ran in circles to wind up where they would have been if they did nothing: a non-contending team with an old and increasingly useless Lillard.
Basically, all this really did was help Boston win the title. So I guess technically they won
