That’s not even all there is to it. It was recently found that after people traced the origin of that model picture, he actually tried to photoshop the model’s abs on what is most likely his real body (at the time).

The recent /fit/ thread is a troll obviously but everything else is actually him posting and pretending it’s his actual body, including the two older /fit/ posts. Apparently he likes to pretend to be a chad there too.
