The courts once again affirmed the kakaotalks as valid evidence

The court then questioned back, "Was it an illegal audit?" ADOR then counter-argued, "NewJeans' side also cannot answer that it was an illegal audit." The court mentioned again, "The plaintiff's right to argument should also be guaranteed," once again dismissing NewJeans' side's claims.
