Neat, wish there was more gore but they was really intense.
Honestly I think the horror genre is pretty tacky 90% of the time. The scariest movie I've ever watched was probably The Chekist which is a movie about the Cheka secret police committing crimes against humanity in post civil war Russia which was one of the most dehumanizing and psychotic films I've ever seen. That was horror, especially since I could understand the psychology of the main character commiting the crimes and can understand that many of these crimes depicted were real.

No I do mean like. Masochism is an impulse as much as sadism and victims of trauma tend to gravitate towards the trauma because of familiarity on an emotional level and , yes, sometimes out of sexual compulsion on a physical level. That's how cycles of abuse start and perpetuate themselves my dude, if you ever wonder why women put up with horrible men to the point where they're putting themselves at great bodily it's essentially because they've been conditioned into it.
