Finland, the Baltics and Poland are preparing a new "Iron Curtain" as they plan to mine their borders with Russia, reports The Telegraph. All five have withdrawn from the Ottawa Treaty banning anti-personnel mines. Military teams are marking forests and lakes for mining in case of a Russian threat.
