Some have aged pretty well. Leifang and Tina for example sound very different and have trouble sounding young. Ayane is somewhere in the middle. Momiji sounds amazing for being a literal granny, but usually her style of speaking doesn't strain the actress's voice too much. Rachel was always a bit deeper so a bit of aging wouldn't affect her sound so much.
