The LV90 Wilmia EXM is actually doable, did it with 3 pawns and it took about 15 minutes, I think it should also be doable with at least 4 people, assuming IR100 gear here though it should probably be doable with IR98~ stuff too (the requirement is actually IR98+)
oh and with pawns you'll probably be forced die at least once once Wilmia's HP drops to about 10%, players can coordinate better to avoid dying but pawns just don't know how to split up and destroy all the crystals, this fight is kind of fun, I hope what's left of the clan can get together and do some runs.

I'd say it is worth it considering the rewards

Specially for the groaning skulls, but the coins are nice too, specially Azure to get the cheaper version of Deft Footing and Heavy Steps augments.
