I don't like the new "two short episodes, one regular" format. Not only do the short ones end up rushed, I feel like they fuck up the pacing of regular episodes too because they want to make sure they can fit in two mini-episodes.
Only reason the cat episode was touching (which I admit made me sob like a faggot because I have a soft spot for cats and recently lost mine) is because it had a cute kitty, otherwise it's over before you have time to get genuinely attached to it

The "business president" episode could've been binned entirely to let the cat episode develop properly and skyrocket it to the ranks of "Ghost of Daten City"
Loved the comic book experimental episode though, it was absurd and nonsensical in a good way
Same thing last week: samurai ghost episode was ok, the instagram episode had no time to properly develop and felt like the entire middle portion of it got cut out to fit the short timeframe it had, and the Fast and Furious parody is something I'd expect them to put near the end of the season where they unwind with some short shitposts a-la Chuck to the Future before the big climax
I'm enjoying S2 so far but it just doesn't feel as good as S1 imo
