Based. I'm not sure. I'd say the best move rn is probably to make some budget cuts (but NOT to DHS under any circumstances--demand the budget hawks accept even more spending there) and threaten the war hawks with abandonment of US allies by executive action if they refuse to agree to the bill. Dropping a few bombs, declaring a national emergency, before Trump finishes telling them about his options to destroy US relationships with these countries these traitors want him to help, they'll be saying "You wouldn't..." and he'll just say "I would." Crush them.
