It fits with ralsei trying to convince them to stop being chummy with him but still. And Ralsei in particular would make sure something doesn't happen. Which makes me think it's not explicitly involving Noelle since he's all about Kris or Susie, but it could in the prophecy ambiguity way (IE the girl was meant to be noelle but is now Susie or whatever).

The easy bet is Ralsei is a sacrificial lamb - goats aren't lambs but the symbolism is there and I swear I remember reading in old hebrew culture you'd slay one lamb and paint the other with its blood then send it off into the wilderness to die.
