It's not about looping even. You have an absolute NP. Skadi could be somewhat close to that, if her NP wasn't a 1 hit evade, but something better than that. If they gave her one more buff, like 1 hit evade, 1 hit invul and 1 hit Anti-Purge Defence, you would see more Skadi and quick usage in any challenge quest. At least she has now 20% and more attack buff, so she's somewhat on the same level as Castoria, to some extent.
