nemesis werks if you set its affinity to a single core and can be used with fnis for creature humping
pandora is a bit faster with more qol and can do creature stuff too but it still has some issues with some mods so ymmv
so, try pandora first but if you notice issues you can't find a patch for, fallback to nemesis and fnis if you need it
