Because they stopped releasing exploration content that up to standard of Genshin and prior. There is nothing coming close to immersion of Chasm, Dragonspine or Sumeru jungle. It's watered down filled with ugly atmospheric perspective to simulate distance. I would not ask if the exploration was good. There are also no puzzles. Instead we keep getting timed dps checks. And my account is not up to the task.
