There's absolutely zero (0) fullblooded Japanese people who look like Gendo Ikari, or Fuyutsuki for that matter. Gendo has a characteristic permanent scowl that's literally impossible to pull off with dopey, flat Asian face. He also has longass legs, and a beard. Most Japanese people can't grow a thick beard and are built like oversized toddlers. I've been laughing my ass off at these Japanese Gendo cosplays, they're so hilariously inaccurate. The fake beard is always the funniest, looks like rug clippings. So many Japanese men pretending to have a chin and a foreboding aura, and failing epically.
